This remodel was created in a beautiful old Victorian Bungalow style home. There had been a room addition which while it added increased living space for the family, it was still separated by an exterior 1932 wall. In the kitchen was an exposed laundry area, which for the homeowner was to revealing.
The kitchen was opened up to the room addition by opening up the wall, and the laundry room was seamlessly integrated into the fashion of the kitchen. Mixed finishes and countertop materials added to the expansive feel of a once very small kitchen space.
