This project was a complete overhaul of finishes and fixtures within a limited spatial layout. An unexpected combination of greys, taupes, ochre and pale blues alongside brass fixtures was used for a happy, modern and masculine aesthetic. The customized IKEA cabinetry in the kitchen is nearly unrecognizable with the use of sophisticated hardware, quartz countertops, a unique glass tile backsplash and careful planning.
The scheme was carried throughout the entire condo including an interior green room which houses the client’s rare collection of carnivorous plants, luxurious bathroom and patio updates and a monolithic electric fireplace constructed from onyx in the living room which creates a much-needed focal point.
