The beadboard wainscoting gave us a great opportunity for built in shelf space on the other side of the bathroom, which I styled with some modern Texas-inspired art and a little bit of fun color. I like how the orange pops off of the minty green walls.

The trough sink was an easy sell for this auxiliary bathroom, because the homeowners weren’t too terribly concerned about storage. But installing recessed medicine cabinets and a leaning shelf near the sink really set their minds at ease.

Don’t you just love the sink faucets?! And the monogrammed towels were a special little addition I had to include. I just love a monogram and this floating sink was the perfect spot to show off a vintage-inspired one!

The shelf is adorned with decorative accessories (some extremely useful, like a jar of soaps, a tin filled with washcloths, and a soy candle a la mason jar) and provides a great spot for any overnight guests to put a makeup bag or a shaving kit.
