Design Draw Build’s role was Design-Builder and General Contractor, collaborating with Andrew Lee Architecture on this Addition of a garage and climbing gym. The climbing gym is set 30” below grade to respect zoning restrictions while maximizing indoor ceiling height. The Redwood fences provides a visual contrast and draws the eye away from the parking structure and towards the unique design element. The fence and siding relate to the custom trellis and slat wall design while maintaining privacy from neighboring buildings.
