Our first foray into working with a developer, this pair of houses takes advantage of a corner lot to provide private outdoor space and separate entries for two families on one lot. The houses are ‘good neighbors,’ keeping with the scale and language of houses in this older east Austin neighborhood. The floor plans are open, to make compact spaces feel more generous, and to take advantage of careful placement of windows for best light and views.
