This coat rack was made from solid walnut dyed with a reddish-brown color, sealed with shellac, glazed with a dark brown stain, and finished with gloss polyurethane. The hooks are a reproduced antique design in aged brass. The hooks are about $32 each after shipping, so with less costly hooks the total price could be reduced fairly significantly.
