Our mission for this room was to open up the floor plan – make it feel light, functional, and flowing. To achieve this, we removed a peninsula and upper cabinets that previously secluded the cooking space. (They were located off of the counter where the TV sits now.) The clients chose to add the beautiful island in place of their previous kitchen table, which provides another multi-use work surface and flexible hosting space.

Additional new features include luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, low voltage lighting, trendy subway tile, and the glass range top accent. We love how the finished space looks; it’s contemporary, fresh, sunny, and clean. Discover more details in the pictures below!
