This house went through a pretty dramatic renovation and the front landscape and porch were completely re-designed. The owners wanted the front staircase to span some sort of water element. The water feature was built with state of the art filtration and heating elements that are housed in a vault under the front porch. The water feature is designed to run year round through harsh Colorado seasons. A unique front sidewalk was designed and the project was completed with plantings, landscape lighting, and ornamental boulders.
