Our client asked us to help them create a lake house retreat for their family that was unique. We started by helping them find an architect - One10 Studio in Indianapolis. We worked closely with the architect to develop a site/ landscape design that connects the home to the site. The landscape design relies heavily on plant material native the the area, includes a heated motor court, 'floating stairs' leading to the event lawn, a perennial garden, custom pre-cast concrete firepit and beach area. The project is currently under construction.
