Set within 500 idyllic acres, Watercolor is a New Urbanist community nestled within Florida's Gulf Coast. Design work included a 5-Phase Master Plan, 16 mixed-use buildings, color and material palette guidelines, streetscape character including custom street lamps, lake front pavilions, as well as the design for the town clock tower and fountain.
