This house was an old 1970's split ranch that is located directly on the shore of the Puget Sound. Studiolo designed and worked with the clients engineer to create a covered porch at the front (waterside) and rear (Entry from driveway) side. We also updated the trim at the windows and doors, designed custom railings, changed the colors and updated interior finishes with the client.
