This water view, coastal Narragansett home had major leaking issues. The existing structure as well as the windows weren't flashed properly leading to the water problems. We had to take the deck off and reconstruct it in order for things to work properly.
We also designed a new, spacious third floor master suite to overlook their fantastic view of the water.
