Various Home Improvements including the main project of gutting existing kitchen and building a fabulous new kitchen. The existing rear stair case was removed and provided a place for a wet bar off the 1st floor main hall leading to the kitchen. The stair case removal also provided a place off the 2nd floor hall to make a laundry room closet with double doors and a stacked GE washer/dryer unit. On the 1st floor all floors were refreshed and refinished. Dinning room and living room fireplaces were refreshed with new dark tile hearth and surrounds. All first floor walls and ceilings were repainted.
