Newly built in 2018, our clients wanted to create a timeless property with an emphasis on function and designed with symmetry, natural tones and organic lines.

Certain accent design elements were utilized to give depth to the spaces and a signature style that would be timeless. Inspiration from an authentic Spanish gave light to the arched walkways and bar, a true Traditional for the kitchen’s custom marble shelving and butlers pantry. Mid-century for the wood-paneled ceilings in the 24 ft height stairwell, master, formal and family walls and a modern open floor plan.
