In starting this project, we were essentially given a blank canvas. By infusing a mixture of texture & finishes, we balanced a highly personalized yet simple and modern aesthetic while showcasing the features unique to this loft.

Defined by high ceilings and one exposed brick wall, we created two unique areas in this wide open space that easily allows for entertaining. The transformation of this builder-spec unit into a unique contemporary space began by defining the living area with a highly textural alpaca shag rug. By juxtaposing a textural chenille sofa with a sleek marble coffee table and a clean lined wall-hung media unit we created balance with in the space. We hung the floating console opposite the dining area which has a live-edge dining table and soft Italian leather dining chairs.
