Core Remodel was the general contractor on this project. This brick and timber loft master bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The owner(s) a very specific vision on what they wanted and we were able to successfully execute this project. The key components on this project were removing old drywall ceiling, which raised the ceiling height an extra 3'. Additionally, the owner requested that we install Chicago common brick to match the rest of the condo on the entire vanity wall, from floor to ceiling.

The owner also wanted large horizontal niche's on 2 of the 4 walls, which was fun. We changed all of the electrical and plumbing, installed over 240 SF of new tile and installed a really cool Restoration Hardware vanity with new statuary quartz counters - and then matched the shower curb and shower niche ledge to the vanity countertops. We installed a really cool Ann Sacks antique mirror glass with with mesh wire in the shower niche that complimented the design and look.

Overall, this job was a huge success and one of our absolute favorite jobs to date! Loads of character, great collaborations with our sub-contractors and really happy clients! AMAZING!
