SPACED OUT was hired to personalized this West Hollywood bungalow within the weeks prior to new occupancy. The 2x4 wall separating the living and dining rooms was transformed into a multi-function room separator with an ethanol gas fireplace, a recessed flatscreen, and a custom paint color to compliment the large TV painting. Many other areas of the home received similar customization, including a monochromatic master retreat and a garage/back house conversion into a media/audio editing studio. We integrated home automation with Control4, upgraded electrical and plumbing components, covered the roof with solar panels and installed an alkaline drinking system to name a few others.
