In this hall bath, we made minimal changes to maximize the look of the space. We kept the existing vanity and tile work, which are commonly the two largest areas of budget when renovating a bath.
What we did replace was the shower-door to one with a more sleek frame; the counter-tops were upgraded to a beautiful quartz; we upgraded to toilet to be more efficient; changed out the light fixtures, medicine cabinet and gave it a fresh coat of paint.
We also adjusted the placement of the ceiling fan/heat lamp combo to be more efficient for the space. And finally the light switches were changed to dimmer switches and grouped together at the entrance.
