White is the perfect background color for any other color. It is easier to keep clean since dirt is more visible on it.
WHITE AND ITS TIMELESS BEAUTY
Homeowners began to give more attention to their kitchen during the Victorian period. And during this time, the available materials are composed of zinc white and titanium white, which replaced lime powder and gesso and lead white. Thus manufacturers offer products that are mostly white in color such as the porcelain for tiles and sinks, and milk-based paints for cabinetry.
