After living with white oak finished with an oil-based polyurethane that had ambered to a honey color, these homeowners chose to hire our flooring company to oil their floors white for the more sleek, modern European look they prefer. Because of the beautiful natural light in every room, this floor had to be carefully sanded flat as natural lighting shows every imperfection in sanding work, especially without a film-forming finish.
