This dated, neglected house had to have an overall facelift before the owners could move in.
Every single paint was brown, the walls, trims, stairs. In some rooms we replaced leopard skin carpets with light hardwood and refinished the existing hardwood in the rest of the house. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets needed refacing. We used some existing furniture and selected new ones for each room.
