We created a home for a semi-retired couple who love the cosmopolitan energy of thier Montrose neighborhood while still appreciating the small scale ease and comfort of the surrounding bungalows. The intent here is to create a contemporary home that reflects on the historic past while embracing the present day. The Willard Residence is a study of creating a right-sized residence with creature comforts and limited wasted space.
