This master bath in an upscale neighborhood was almost 20 years old and in need of some updating. The remodel consisted of replacing the cabinets, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, tile floors, tile shower and shower enclosure. At the request of the Client, we removed the garden tub and capped off the plumbing and created a raised platform niche for a piece of furniture. By doing so this would allow someone to put a tub back in if they sell the house down the road.
