A local Sedona wine collector turned an abandoned 45,000-gallon water tank on the property of his Sedona home into a wine cellar and tasting room. The design looks like you are entering a cave. Iron gates and alder wood doors open into a tasting room with walls that look exactly like red rock. Racks of Riedel wine glasses, a brass sink, lamps that resemble something you would find in a copper mine, stools made out of wine barrels and Brazilian granite countertops give the room a unique ambience.
The cellar, located behind the tasting room is kept at a crisp 57 degrees. The cellars capacity is estimated to be between 1,500 and 1,600 bottles.
