You enter facing a 20' tall stone fire place with a Pizza oven that I designed to look like a Boiler, flanked by doors leading into the Den. The Living room southern wall is floor to ceiling glass. The walls are 20' high and a Cathedral ceiling.

The up stars has another on suite with the same window and Juliet balcony as the master below. This bathroom has a free standing tub.

Concept

Again steel open riser staircase whit a glass wall behind. You enter into a entertainment room with a TV aria and a place for either a pool or ping pong table. There is also a game table, bar and walk in wine cellar.

Large Tv on a stone wall lit from the sides. Next to the Boiler room is room for a bar and wine cellar behind. Also room for either a pool table or ping pong table. There is a glass door to the out side and a barn door to the bedrooms.

Barn door into the bedroom aria the 2 bedrooms also have the southern view, And they have a shared bath room.
