This project is a total remodel of a deck that we built 24 years ago. It was originally a wooden deck that was updated when the hot tub was added, and was still wood until we redesigned and updated the deck this summer.

We added a third level (lower) to the original deck so that there would be more space and closer to the ground. We extended the deck and added the wrap around step to enter the beautiful back yard.

The new decking was Trex "Beach Dune" with a two tone border of "Vintage Lantern". THe fascia was the Trex "Vintage Lantern" and lightin was inbstalled in the step downs to each level and to the post tops. Trex Transcend railing completed the project. Ready for another 24 years!
