Working with Constance Mueller of StudioCM in Chicago for interior design and Gibson Builders, Runningdog Architects set forth on a complete gut renovation of this historic Kalorama row home, providing new configurations of rooms and spaces to better fit the clients lifestyle. Along with a complete interior renovation a great deal of work was done to the exterior of the house to create better flow to the exterior with large openings cut into the rear facades to better utilize the rebuilt decks of the kitchen and back office and the new deck built over the garage.
