This 1244 square foot, 15 year old apartment, had poor mismatched cabinets, cracked and dated laminate counter tops and ceramic floor and backsplash tiles, poor quality and old appliances, and crazy paint colours - but because it offered good bones, great natural light and an open floor plan, it was a designer's dream - so I bought it, lived in it for a couple of years and started my renovation!
