Introducing the “Zephyr” Renovation Project, a condo transformation in Vancouver tailored for a young professional couple seeking their forever home. This condo renovation focused on creating an open and welcoming space, ideal for their lively social gatherings. Central to the project was the open concept kitchen, featuring a large countertop that serves as the perfect spot for cooking and interacting with guests. This design ensures that the couple can host friends and prepare meals or drinks without missing any of the fun.

To accommodate a dining area, we reconfigured the layout by converting an underused den, previously a storage room, into a functional and stylish dining space. This change not only improved the flow of the condo but also enhanced its overall functionality. Smart storage solutions were integrated into the kitchen design to maintain ample storage while keeping the area sleek and organized. Additionally, we focused on optimizing the colors and lighting to make the condo appear larger and more luminous.
