They were made by Fineline Cabinets in Vancouver.

I don't know the manufacturer, but they were purchased at Cantu in Vancouver. Some brands to look at are Emtek and Top Knobs.

The tall cabinets are 5'-5" wide and the bench area is 5'-2", totaling 10'-7".

The room is roughly 13' x 10' (it's not rectangular). The wall shown in this picture is 17' long.
