If you do the math, you are better off sacrificing the corners and adding the space to the adjacent drawers. It's also a bit more cost effective.

Excellent saving solution and organized, the runners are 650mm length and they support 65kg per drawer, so you can put in there anything, and in the triangles on the right and left side of the cabinet construction you can install one of these, PCS34A-90- Kitchen Power Grommet, just an idea that works well.

I have them in my kitchen and I absolutely love them! You loose a little bit of space but you gain so much in being able to access everything super easily. There is also zero chance that something falls to the bottom of the cabinet like you have with all those Lazy Susan, pull out wire rack or even solid shelves. I had that in my old kitchen and hated it, my husband would never, ever put back dishes into that cabinet,...... He said that if we do another kitchen sometime in the future, it has to have these corner cabinets.

Can you do this to retrofit a new kitchen? Do you need custom drawer fronts from the manufacturer?

Yes, you can. You have my full blessing. Don't you love how far corner cabinet shelving has come?

No. 3: Reclaim That Corner. If you're the type that can't stand lazy Susans or magic corners, there's finally a solution: corner drawer units! You can do a lazy Susan below with a top drawer or all three drawers as shown here.
Shawn Gauthier added this to Storage With Style
It seems strange to me that corner drawers aren’t more popular, because they make so much sense. Not only are they a unique design, but they keep your kitchen items from getting lost in the dark, black hole in every other type of corner cupboard.
