I have the sink but installing it with 2 kitchen sink cupboards as it has drain board on each side...any hints on installation

Since you showed me the little formica table you have, I've though it best to move the island out to my craft area and use a table and chairs for an eat in kitchen. That frees up the dining area for dancing and exercise.
