It is exterior flagstone from a stone yard, like you would see in a garden, or on a patio. A grinder was used to make the smooth edge for the tub deck.

I recognize this from photo from my family's business, Lutz Tile. You must have worked with Terri during this project. It's beautiful. They have the pictures on their site.

This was all custom made. It was put together by the builder and the plumber.
