Thanks!
The floors are 9" pine that were installed just after the residence was closed in. This allowed the floors to get beat up during the construction process. The floors were then screened and finished.

The stain color was a custom mix develop by painters on the project.
I believe Cabot stains were used to come out the color.

Sorry for the delayed response. We were on summer break and are just now getting back to business.
Thank you for noticing our work!
The base color of the cabinets and trim "Shaker Beige" by Benjamin Moore, HC-45, Satin Impervo finish. The cabinets and trim were then glazed in a slightly lighter & cooler, semitransparent glaze. This light glaze gives the paint a bit more depth.
The walls are finished with a tinted plaster, developed on site.
Again thank for noticing our work. I really appreciate your kind words.
Best Regards,
Ed Belding

Hello Mr. Belding ..... - Can you tell me what the stain color is that was used on the windows? We just love the combination of the white woodwork around the windows and the staining within that was used throughout this house. It has such a rich beautiful tone to it. Also what was used for stain on the floor and do you know what type of wood was used? Thank you so much!
