Hi! To be honest we havent installed the backsplash.... we went to a glass place last week but they didnt offer the color option so I have not found where I can get something like this. For a 9 ft long piece with holes for the outlets they gave us a quote of around $700 ish, but again, not exactly what I am looking for...Maybe Increation Inspiration can let us know where we can go to get it. :)

Hi Julia, the splashback was fashioned from toughened safety glass. We paint the backside of the glass and then fasten it to the wall using an adhesive. We use special low modulus adhesives for this kind of work to stop any chance of this reacting with the paint on the backside of the glass.

It may scratch but it is far less expensive so you can change it up. Think about it you could change the color anytime.

For back painted glass, if you install near a heat or humidity area, we strongly recommend to buy a "ceramic frit" paint. The process is to paint the glass before its tempered.
The paint is MORE resistant.
We can also print your own design directly on the glass.
