I'm sorry but I don't have any information on the wall colors. I'm sure a painting expert would be able to recreate the look of the walls for you.

Try Old Village Colors Graining Glaze. I used it over white Imprevo on my kitchen cabinets. You can see where I haven't used it on the island yet. And yes you can do it yourself. I did.

All of our cabinets come finished in the factory so I can't say how it would turn out if you tried it yourself. Some of our clients use a Furniture Medic to do touch up or faux painting.

The perimeter cabinets are a custom cream paint color and the island is a custom green with Van Dyke Brown Highlight. The cabinetry is Crystal Cabinetry ( http://crystalcabinets.com/)

Virtually any color can be integrated into a design provided that it's designed in. That means, using a third cabinet color in a kitchen has to be a balanced addition and make sense.

The island is a custom green stain with brown highlight that Crystal Cabinetry created so there is no official paint/stain equivalent that you could buy in the store.( http://crystalcabinets.com/)

The island is a custom green with Van Dyke Brown Highlight, and the perimeter cabinets are a custom cream paint color. When they do a custom color it can be based on a paint swatch or an existing furniture piece. They don't have a name for the color but instead assign a number code for their use. Unfortunately I don't have any more information on the cabinet color. The cabinetry is Crystal Cabinetry ( http://crystalcabinets.com/)

I would call it an ogee edge, but countertop fabricators will have unique names for their various edges.

I don't know the exact dimensions but 36" between islands would be a minimum clearance. I prefer 42" to 46"
