The fabric is called Limonia in Marble by Aquitaine a UK brand. Unfortunately it has recently been discontinued. I have it in my house and love it and cannot get any more easily.

A fireclay farmhouse sink is not the way to go for a kitchen "on the cheap." These beautiful sinks cost more than most conventional ones and are more involved with installation. Also consider that cheap is not lasting and re-work is costly. :) RF

Using the beams and barn doors as a divider is a great idea. We had these beams made custom by the same person who milled the wood floor for this client.

I almost think it quartzite...but the consistency makes me think it's solid surface material like Silestone or Caesarstone. Could be the photo - my last guess would be French Vanilla Marble.

If don't want to do multiple kitchen ceiling beams, another option is to create thick wood faux beam doorway header & casing, between kitchen and dining
I have had my Herbeau farm sink in my kitchen for 12 years. We just did a small remodel and I used it again. They are made to last forever. It looks like I bought it yesterday. I raised 4 children and have given my Havanese multiple baths in it.
Do you have a Herbeau faucet too? Because they don't make any claims of that lasting forever. The one I had failed! I fell in love with the style, but when it sprung tiny pin holes in the spout the customer service was a nightmare.
