They are cabinet pocket door sliders. Can order them online from a cabinet supplier or get them through Lowe's or Home Depot. Before ordering i would follow their measuring guide for depth of cabinet and door configuration.

What are the dimension of this pantry. Is a panel added internally to cover slider mechanism/hardware?

Definitely worth spending the cash for best options on these. They will get a lot of use and cheaper hardware will only mean frustration and possibly chucking the whole thing.
