Thank-you for your comment! Unfortunately, these handles were made bespoke in the UK and I'm unaware of the suppliers name.
I have attached another image, which shows the cabinet handles in clearer detail. Hopefully this will help you with your hunt!

I can confirm the cabinet is actually the same shade as the island - it's merely the way the light is falling. A raised marble top gives it the additional height.
Afraid I can't tell you the exact shade!
I will have a hunt through our files and see if I can find any answers!
