I hope you find who makes these, but in the meantime, I'd just look for this shape (good old Google, uphostered barstools with framed back). I believe these are a custom upholstery job. Very sharp. And look how many!

When I don't get a response from my question, I will go to the website of the designer. I e-mailed the designer and she said they were custom made. Check out these counter stools. I am purchasing them for my house because I went to someone's house and sat in them and LOVED them. That is a beautiful kitchen. It's a bit hard to tell what the counter top is but I think it might be marble, most likely a Cararra marble since it appears to be mostly white with little veining. I love this kitchen, adding it to my idea book immediately!
