Lighting is pretty standard and can be found at most lighting stores (or hardware stores). Search options for 'semi-flushmount'. Hope that helps!

could be behr polar white. the reason I mention behr I am in the south now and the painters like behr or Sherwin Williams, In the north I was 190% Moore. so this would be the behr color.

This is a white oak engineered floor with a piano black finish. The plank sizes are 4",5" & 6"

Don't know for sure but doesn't look like beadboard more like tongue in groove planks. Could even be plywood stained/painted black. If that's the look you want to achieve, there are many options available. Beadboard has a much narrower "stripe"
