Commented: Travertine Backsplash I prefer the bottom larger sample. I feel like the smaller more porous stone would collect dust and grease and be hard to clean. Just be sure to seal really well.

Commented: Moving in to Half remodeled bathroom- keep or replace (kinda ugly)? Why be unhappy? Start new with what makes you feel happy in your home and you won't dread going into the bathroom.

Commented: this ranch needs a facelift we need new windows also, paint brick? I agree with decoenthusiaste above. Also I would not do burgundy shutters with red brick. I like the black or darker hue of blue on the shutters. With major shrub removal.
