This 3,500 Square foot mixed use historic property (circa 1849) that includes two luxury apartments on the second floor and retail on the first floor. 101 Spring has allowed us to successfully utilize our expertise in historic property renovations and new construction for both residential and commercial. The entire home was gutted down to the original frame work. We then secured all existing structrual elements of the home. A brand new, two story, 1500 square foot addition was added to the rear for the home. 101 Spring is a wonderful example of our ability to tie the past into the current way of living.
