35 Wentworth Street (circa 1839) is a 2900 Square foot home that combines the historic elegance of the original structure with new construction and modern-day conveniences. Both the existing historic main house and the separate kitchen house were both completely renovated. We went through every corner of these two historic structures with painstaking detail in order to retain the original floors, windows, doors , staircases, trim and mantles. There is 600 square feet of new construction that tied this house together. 35 Wentworth is an excellent example of our knowledge and expertise of renovating historic structures and our ability to proactively manage both new construction and renovation issues.
