This 1950’s style home in the heart of the historic district of Downtown Charleston featured great bones, which made the renovation intuitive. By opening up the two main walls, an open floor plan was achieved, by adjoining the kitchen and the new living room walls. The removal of a walls, allowed more natural light to stream through the new energy efficient windows.
