This 1920s Craftsman Bungalow had its exterior ravaged by a previous sandblasting incident leaving the siding a rough texture. We milled new siding to match the texture and repaired the exterior of the building envelope before completely repainting the exterior. All the original wood double-hung windows were fully restored during the process along with repairing and re-plastering several crumbling ceilings.
