For this massive 1937 Mediterranean Revival we were contracted to restore all forty-five Lupton steel casement windows and build new hurricane rated custom gothic arched wood windows. The steel windows were restored in place to avoid damage to the stucco and plaster. They were stripped to bare metal and welding repairs and rust removal were completed prior to tuning of operation and treating with rust inhibiting primer. They were then hand putty glazed and painted.
