This 1930’s colonial house was renovated and expanded in order to suit the needs of a growing young family. Special care was taken to ensure that all new construction would be in keeping with the scale and context of the neighborhood, giving the impression that the home expanded organically over time. The kitchen renovation was inspired by the client’s love of cooking, and provided much needed space for gathering as a family as well as entertaining guests.
