Construction included the blending of materials old and new added to an existing Circa 1700 Greek Revival. The exterior remained true to its original heritage from the street side, but the rear elevation and the interior featured new, modern touches and finishes. Green features are radiant heat, standing seam metal roof and a super insulated shell.
