The kitchen remodel won First Place and Judge's Choice in the 2014 Northern CA NKBA Design Competition. Our client, an active and social family of five, wanted a comfortable place for family and friends to gather, with ready access to the outdoors. Homework space, kid-friendly baking and snacking zones, a TV by the range, and a large island with plenty of grownup seating were just some of the must-haves for the new kitchen. This project was part of a whole-house remodel of and addition to an historic Hillsborough home.
